This Membership Policy explains how premium memberships, subscription benefits, verification procedures, activation, renewals, and related services are managed within RozCash.

Membership Overview

RozCash may offer premium membership plans that provide additional benefits and enhanced platform features.

Membership benefits may include, but are not limited to:

  • Higher reward earning limits.
  • Priority support assistance.
  • Promotion boosts and enhanced visibility.
  • Exclusive member-only features.
  • Special rewards, bonuses, or incentives.
  • Early access to selected features and promotions.

Membership benefits may vary by plan and may change over time.

Membership Purchase & Verification

Membership payments are processed outside the application through supported payment methods such as UPI, bank transfer, QR payment, or other approved payment channels.

Users may be required to submit payment proof including screenshots, receipts, transaction IDs, or payment references.

Membership benefits will only be activated after successful verification and approval by the RozCash team.

Verification Timeline

  1. Most membership verification requests are reviewed within 24–48 business hours.
  2. Verification times may vary during weekends, holidays, maintenance periods, or high-volume submission periods.
  3. Additional information may be requested if submitted proof is incomplete or unclear.
  4. Unverified or pending payments do not grant membership benefits.

Membership Activation & Start Date

Membership duration begins from the date and time that the payment is successfully verified and approved by the administrator.

Membership benefits are not available before approval.

Activation dates are determined solely by the official verification records maintained by RozCash.

Membership Benefits

Membership benefits are provided as described within the application at the time of activation.

RozCash reserves the right to modify, improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue specific benefits when necessary for operational, technical, legal, or business reasons.

Renewal & Expiration

  1. Memberships do not automatically renew unless explicitly stated within the application.
  2. Users must purchase a new membership plan after expiration if they wish to continue receiving benefits.
  3. Membership benefits end automatically upon expiration.
  4. Unused benefits generally expire when the membership period ends unless otherwise specified.

Refunds & Cancellations

Once a membership has been successfully verified, activated, and benefits have been granted, the purchase is generally considered final and non-refundable.

Refund requests may only be considered in exceptional circumstances, including verified internal technical errors that prevent activation after successful payment verification.

Before issuing any refund, RozCash may conduct an investigation and request additional verification information.

Fraud Prevention & Misuse

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Submitting fake or altered payment proofs.
  • Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
  • Attempting to exploit membership features.
  • Sharing membership access improperly.
  • Engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

Violations may result in:

  • Membership cancellation.
  • Removal of benefits.
  • Reward deductions.
  • Account suspension.
  • Permanent account termination.

Membership Suspension or Termination

RozCash reserves the right to suspend, revoke, restrict, or terminate membership benefits if:

  • Fraudulent activity is detected.
  • Payment verification fails.
  • Platform policies are violated.
  • Legal or security concerns arise.
  • Continued membership presents risk to the platform or users.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: If any user believes that a membership purchase, payment verification, activation status, membership duration, benefit allocation, renewal process, cancellation decision, or any membership-related action has been processed incorrectly, they are encouraged to contact us first at info.rozcash@gmail.com.

We take all reports seriously and will review, investigate, and where appropriate, correct, activate, extend, restore, adjust, or otherwise resolve the reported issue as quickly as reasonably possible.

Before taking formal action, users are encouraged to contact us directly so that we may have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the concern fairly and efficiently.

Policy Changes

RozCash reserves the right to update, modify, or revise this Membership Policy at any time.

The latest version published within the application or on the official website shall supersede all previous versions.
