Overview

All payments related to Rozcash are processed manually and outside the application. Users may transfer funds using UPI, bank transfer, QR payment, or other supported payment methods and submit payment proof such as screenshots, receipts, or transaction references for verification.

Our team reviews submitted payment proofs before approving and crediting Diamonds, Coins, Membership benefits, rewards, or any other purchased services.

Verification Timeline

  1. We aim to review and verify submitted payment proofs within 24–48 business hours.
  2. Verification times may vary during weekends, public holidays, high-volume periods, or technical maintenance.
  3. If additional information is required, we may contact the user through their registered email address or in-app notifications.
  4. Users must provide accurate and complete payment information to avoid delays.

Approval & Credits

Coins, Diamonds, Membership benefits, rewards, or any purchased services are credited only after successful verification by our team.

The activation date of any Membership or premium service begins when the payment is approved by the administrator.

We reserve the right to reject any payment proof that appears incomplete, altered, duplicated, fraudulent, misleading, or unverifiable.

Refund Policy

  1. Once a payment has been successfully verified, approved, and credited to the user's account, the transaction is considered final and generally non-refundable.
  2. Refund requests may be considered only in exceptional circumstances where a verified payment cannot be credited due to an internal technical error or administrative mistake.
  3. Before issuing any refund, our team may conduct an investigation and request additional verification documents.
  4. If a submitted payment proof is invalid, unclear, incomplete, manipulated, or cannot be verified, the request may be rejected. Users may submit corrected proof for further review.
  5. Rewards, Coins, Diamonds, Membership activations, gift cards, vouchers, or redeemed benefits that have already been issued, processed, delivered, or consumed cannot be canceled, exchanged, transferred, or refunded.
  6. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests where fraud, abuse, policy violations, duplicate claims, or suspicious activity is detected.

Disputed or Missing Credits

If you submitted valid payment proof and have not received the corresponding credits within 72 hours, please contact info.rozcash@gmail.com with the following information:

  1. Transaction Reference Number (if available)
  2. Payment Method Used
  3. Date and Time of Payment
  4. Payment Screenshot or Receipt
  5. Your Username or Registered Email Address

Our team will investigate the matter and respond as soon as reasonably possible.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

  1. Sending payments to the correct payment account or payment method.
  2. Submitting accurate payment information.
  3. Providing genuine and unaltered payment proof.
  4. Maintaining access to their registered email address.

We are not responsible for payments sent to incorrect accounts, incorrect payment details entered by users, duplicate transfers, or errors caused by user negligence.

Fraud Prevention

To protect users and the platform, we may review transactions for fraud prevention, abuse detection, duplicate submissions, suspicious activity, chargeback risks, or policy violations.

Any attempt to submit forged receipts, altered screenshots, fake transactions, unauthorized payment claims, or misleading information may result in payment rejection, reward cancellation, account suspension, or permanent account termination.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: If any user believes that a payment, verification result, reward credit, membership activation, redemption, refund decision, transaction review, or any related action has been processed incorrectly, they are encouraged to contact us first at info.rozcash@gmail.com.

We take all reports seriously and will review, investigate, and where appropriate, correct, adjust, credit, reverse, or otherwise resolve the reported issue as quickly as reasonably possible.

Before taking formal action, users are encouraged to contact us directly so that we may have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the concern in a fair and timely manner.
