This Reward Task Policy explains how rewards are earned, verified, approved, rejected, and managed within RozCash.

How Rewards Work

Users may earn Coins, Diamonds, bonuses, rewards, or other benefits by successfully completing tasks, offers, surveys, referrals, promotional activities, or other reward opportunities made available through RozCash.

Each task may contain specific requirements, instructions, verification methods, completion deadlines, and reward amounts.

Rewards are credited only after successful automated and/or manual verification.

Eligibility Requirements

  1. Users must have a valid and active RozCash account.
  2. Users must provide accurate account information when required.
  3. Only one account per individual is permitted unless explicitly authorized by RozCash.
  4. Users must complete all task requirements exactly as described.
  5. Users must comply with all platform policies and applicable laws.

Verification Process

To ensure fairness and prevent fraud, RozCash may use automated systems, manual reviews, third-party verification systems, or a combination of all three.

Verification may include:

  • Task completion confirmation.
  • Offerwall verification.
  • Device and account checks.
  • Duplicate account detection.
  • Fraud prevention review.
  • Proof submission review.

Verification times may vary depending on the task type, offer provider, system processing, and review requirements.

Reward Rejection

Rewards may be denied, canceled, reversed, or withheld if:

  • Task requirements were not completed correctly.
  • Required proof is missing or incomplete.
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected.
  • Duplicate accounts are detected.
  • Automated systems identify suspicious behavior.
  • The offer provider rejects the completion.
  • The task violates our policies or terms.

RozCash reserves the right to make final verification decisions based on available evidence and system records.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  1. Using bots, scripts, automation tools, emulators, or artificial methods to complete tasks.
  2. Creating multiple accounts to claim rewards.
  3. Using fake, stolen, temporary, or unauthorized identities.
  4. Submitting altered, manipulated, forged, or misleading proof.
  5. Attempting to exploit bugs, loopholes, or system vulnerabilities.
  6. Manipulating referrals, rewards, surveys, offerwalls, or promotional campaigns.
  7. Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity.

Consequences of Violations

Violations of this policy may result in one or more of the following actions:

  • Reward rejection.
  • Reward reversal or deduction.
  • Temporary account suspension.
  • Permanent account termination.
  • Restriction from future reward programs.
  • Investigation of suspicious activity.

Serious violations may result in permanent removal from the platform.

Offerwall & Third-Party Rewards

Some tasks may be provided by third-party offerwall partners, advertisers, survey providers, or reward networks.

Completion tracking and verification may depend on information provided by those third parties.

RozCash is not responsible for delays, tracking failures, eligibility decisions, or verification outcomes controlled by third-party providers.

Reward Adjustments

RozCash reserves the right to modify, suspend, limit, discontinue, adjust, or cancel any reward, task, offer, campaign, or promotion at any time without prior notice when necessary for operational, security, legal, or business reasons.

Appeals & Review Requests

If you believe a reward was incorrectly rejected, delayed, reversed, or denied, you may submit an appeal by contacting:

  • Your username or registered email.
  • Task name or offer name.
  • Date of completion.
  • Relevant screenshots or proof.

All appeals are reviewed individually, and decisions are made based on available records and verification data.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: If any user believes that a reward, task verification, offer completion, account review, appeal decision, referral credit, survey result, or any reward-related activity has been processed incorrectly, they are encouraged to contact us first at info.rozcash@gmail.com.

We take all reports seriously and will review, investigate, and where appropriate, correct, adjust, credit, restore, or otherwise resolve the reported issue as quickly as reasonably possible.

Before taking formal action, users are encouraged to contact us directly so that we may have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the concern fairly and efficiently.
