Virtual Currency Policy (Coins & Diamonds)

This Virtual Currency Policy explains how Coins and Diamonds operate within RozCash. By using the application, you agree to comply with this policy and all related platform rules.

Overview

RozCash offers two types of virtual currencies:

• Coins – Earned through tasks, offers, referrals, surveys, promotions, and other reward activities available within the platform.
• Diamonds – Premium virtual currency purchased through approved payment methods and credited after successful verification.

Both Coins and Diamonds are virtual items intended solely for use within RozCash and do not represent real-world money, bank deposits, investments, securities, or financial assets.

Coins (Reward Currency)

Coins are earned by participating in eligible platform activities.

The following rules apply:

• Coins have no direct cash value.
• Coins cannot be redeemed for cash, bank transfers, cryptocurrency, or real-world currency.
• Coins may be exchanged for eligible gift cards, vouchers, redeem codes, or other rewards made available within the application.
• Reward availability may change without prior notice.
• Minimum redemption requirements may apply.
• Redemption requests are subject to verification and fraud prevention checks.
• Once a redemption request has been approved and processed, it cannot be canceled, reversed, exchanged, or refunded.

Gift Cards & Redemption Rewards

Gift cards, vouchers, redeem codes, and similar rewards may be provided through third-party partners or suppliers.

While we make reasonable efforts to provide valid rewards:

• Availability is not guaranteed.
• Reward options may change at any time.
• Delivery times may vary.
• Third-party terms and conditions may apply.

Users are responsible for reviewing any applicable third-party terms before using redeemed rewards.

Diamonds (Premium Currency)

Diamonds are premium virtual currency that may be purchased through approved payment methods supported by RozCash.

Diamonds may be used for:

• Promotion boosts.
• Premium features.
• Special services.
• VIP benefits.
• Other in-app purchases or premium functionality.

The following rules apply:

• Diamonds cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Diamonds cannot be converted into Coins.
• Diamonds cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Diamonds cannot be sold, traded, gifted, or assigned.
• Diamonds are non-refundable after successful verification and crediting.
• Diamonds may only be used within the RozCash platform.

Verification & Crediting

Diamond purchases require manual verification before crediting.

Users may be required to submit:

• Payment screenshots.
• Transaction references.
• Receipts.
• Additional verification information.

RozCash reserves the right to reject, delay, or investigate any transaction that appears suspicious, incomplete, fraudulent, or unverifiable.

Validity & Expiration

Coins and Diamonds remain valid while the user's account remains active and compliant with platform policies.

RozCash reserves the right to remove, expire, or adjust inactive balances after prolonged periods of account inactivity, operational requirements, legal obligations, or fraud prevention reviews.

Where reasonably possible, notice may be provided before significant balance expiration actions.

Fraud Prevention & Abuse

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using bots, scripts, emulators, automation software, or artificial methods.
• Creating multiple accounts.
• Using fake identities.
• Submitting forged payment proofs.
• Manipulating rewards, referrals, offers, or redemption systems.
• Exploiting bugs, loopholes, or system vulnerabilities.
• Attempting to generate unauthorized Coins or Diamonds.

Fraudulent activity may result in:

• Balance removal.
• Reward cancellation.
• Redemption reversal.
• Account suspension.
• Permanent account termination.

Balance Adjustments

RozCash reserves the right to adjust, deduct, remove, reverse, or correct Coins and Diamonds where:

• Technical errors occur.
• Fraudulent activity is detected.
• Duplicate credits are issued.
• Verification issues arise.
• System malfunctions affect balances.

No Property Rights

Coins and Diamonds are licensed virtual items and do not constitute personal property, legal tender, stored value, or ownership rights.

Users receive a limited right to use virtual currency within the platform subject to these policies.

Final Authority

All decisions relating to virtual currency verification, balance adjustments, reward approvals, redemption requests, fraud investigations, account reviews, and policy enforcement are made by the RozCash administration team.

Reasonable efforts will be made to review disputes fairly and consistently.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: If any user believes that a Coin balance, Diamond credit, redemption request, gift card delivery, reward approval, payment verification, balance deduction, account review, or any virtual currency-related action has been processed incorrectly, they are encouraged to contact us first at info.rozcash@gmail.com.

We take all reports seriously and will review, investigate, and where appropriate, correct, adjust, credit, restore, or otherwise resolve the reported issue as quickly as reasonably possible.

Before taking formal action, users are encouraged to contact us directly so that we may have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the concern fairly and efficiently.
